Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction Technologies based in San Jose, CA. This full-time, travel-heavy role leads multi‑site technology projects from bid to closeout, aligning scope, budgets, and schedules with client needs and company policies.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in project management, strong leadership, and deep experience with low-voltage systems and BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, PM, or construction management.
• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Experience with estimating systems, preferably Accubid.
• Proficiency with Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, BIM.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of NEC and construction methods.
• Ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Directs all project phases from bidding to closeout, ensuring scope and budgets.
• Coordinates with owners, subcontractors, designers, engineers, and field staff.
• Manages procurement, scheduling, and quality control; ensures OSHA compliance.
