Qualifications

• Ability to travel 50-70% within SC.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and build relationships with customers and contractors.
• Serve as SME on construction contracts, proposals and operations.
• Oversee project support including scope, take-offs, and reviews.
• Coordinate with Account Managers on renewals and scheduling.
• Identify root causes and drive process improvements.
• Support budgeting, revenue forecasting and P&L.
