Job summary

Gordian is seeking an Account Manager with strong construction knowledge to deliver outcomes for Job Order Contracting clients. You will manage key accounts, provide product and service training, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet annual goals.

The role requires 3+ years in construction procurement or related fields, and the ability to travel 50–70% within the South Carolina region. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. This position is remote with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction procurement, construction management, or general contracting related experience.
• Confident communication skills and ability to work with all organizational levels.
• Ability to travel 50-70% of the time within assigned geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned account(s) and develop positive relationships with customers and contractors.
• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and satisfaction through subject matter expertise in JOC.
