Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned account(s) and develop positive working relationships with customers and contractors.
• Serve as subject matter expert on construction contracts, proposals and operations to drive retention and renewals.
• Oversee project support including scope development, take-offs, proposal review, and construction management.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on contract renewals, scheduling, and software training for client staff.
