Job summary

Gordian in Charleston, SC is seeking an Account Manager with construction procurement and JOC expertise to support clients in the Southeast. You will manage assigned accounts, renewals, upsells and deliver training on Gordian’s data and software.

The role requires traveling 50-70% within South Carolina, building relationships with clients and contractors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets while maintaining exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of construction procurement, construction management or related experience.
• Confident communicator and able to work with all organization levels.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and relationships.
• Travel up to 50-70% within assigned geographic area (SC).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts; build positive client and contractor relationships.
• Serve as subject matter expert on contracts, proposals and operations.
• Oversee project support including scope development and plan take-offs.
• Coordinate contract renewals, schedules and procurement objectives.
• Provide software training to client and staff and drive renewals.
