Job summary

Gordian, the leader in facility and construction cost data and software, seeks an Account Manager in Charleston, SC. You will manage key client accounts, deliver JOC training, and drive renewals and revenue growth by leveraging Gordian’s data and services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client goals with procurement objectives, manage project scopes, and ensure superior service delivery while traveling within the Southeast region as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of construction procurement, construction management, or related experience in healthcare construction.
• Confident communication skills and ability to work with all levels of internal and external teams.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% within the assigned geographic area (SC).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts; develop positive relationships with customers and contractors.
• Serve as subject matter expert on construction contracts, proposals and operations to drive retention, renewals, upsells and satisfaction.
• Oversee project support including scope development, take-offs, proposal review, and construction management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on renewals, scheduling, invoicing and training.
