Gordian, part of Fortive, seeks an Account Manager to provide expert support and training on Job Order Contracting products for clients in a defined geographic area. The role emphasizes relationship building, contract knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to improve procurement outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction procurement or related fields, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel within South Carolina.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of construction procurement, construction management, or general contracting related experience related to healthcare construction and construction management.
• Confident communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned account(s) and develop positive working relationships with customers and contractors.
• Serve as subject matter expert of construction contracts, proposals and operations to drive client retention and renewals.
• Oversee project support including scope development, take-offs, review, and construction management.
• Coordinate with Account Managers on contract renewals, scheduling, and staff training.
• Identify root causes of client success and escalation needs to drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to develop program usage and benchmarks.
• Deliver program reviews to client senior management and support business development efforts.
