Job summary

Perkins Coie LLP seeks a Senior Conflicts Analyst to support the Firm's new business intake, conflicts analysis, and risk management. You will conduct conflicts searches, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with Conflicts Attorneys and administrative staff to ensure compliance with ethical standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong research background, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of corporate experience, preferably in a legal environment.
• Experience conducting corporate, legal, or related research.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service.

Responsibilities

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness, including client research.
• Perform conflicts searches, analyze results, and prepare reports for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.
• Assist with resolving conflicts issues involving established processes and various workflows.
• Review engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines to identify deviations and suggest revisions.
• Assist with audit letters and draft, distribute, and track conflict consent documentation.
• Support ethical wall processes by preparing screening memoranda and configuring screens in Intapp Walls.
• Maintain conflicts database integrity through data reconciliation and testing.
