Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake, conflicts analysis, and risk management. You will ensure data accuracy, perform conflicts searches, and prepare detailed reports for conflicts attorneys and department management in identifying and resolving potential conflicts of interest.

The role emphasizes collaboration with attorneys and administrative teams, maintaining conflicts records, and contributing to process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years corporate experience preferred in a legal environment.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service mindset.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness, including corporate research on clients and related parties.
• Perform conflicts searches, analyze results, and prepare reports for conflicts attorneys and department management.
• Assist with resolving conflicts issues following established processes (patent prosecution, portfolio work, docketing, vendors, etc.).
• Review engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines to identify deviations and recommend revisions.
• Assist with audit letters and draft, distribute, and track conflict consent documentation.
• Support ethical wall processes by preparing screening memoranda, setting up screens in Intapp Walls, and monitoring violations.
