Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP seeks an experienced Senior Conflicts Analyst to support the firm's new business intake, conflicts analysis, and risk management. You will ensure data accuracy, conduct conflicts searches, and prepare detailed reports for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.

The role requires strong research and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of corporate experience, preferably in a legal environment.
• Strong research capabilities and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with conflicts analysis, new business intake, or due diligence is preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness, including client research.
• Perform conflicts searches, analyze results, and prepare reports for attorneys and department management.
• Assist with resolving conflicts using established processes across firm practices, including patent prosecution and docketing.
• Review engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines for deviations.
• Assist with audit letters and draft conflict consent documentation.
• Support ethical walls by preparing screening memoranda and setting up screens in Intapp Walls.
• Maintain conflicts data integrity through reconciliation, cleanup, testing, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ethical standards, jurisdictional requirements, and firm policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
