Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP seeks an experienced Senior Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake, conflicts analysis and risk management. You will conduct thorough research, perform conflicts searches, and prepare detailed reports to assist Conflicts Attorneys and management in identifying and resolving potential conflicts of interest.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree with legal or corporate experience preferred.
Experience researching corporate, legal, or related topics.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication and client service orientation.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Aufgaben

Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness.
Conduct conflicts searches, analyze results, and prepare reports.
Assist with resolving conflicts issues per firm processes and guidelines.
Review engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines for deviations.
Prepare screening memoranda and support screening processes in Intapp Walls.
Maintain conflicts database integrity and support process improvements.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and firm policies.
