Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Senior Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake, conflicts analysis, and risk management. You will research clients and related parties, perform conflicts searches, and prepare detailed reports for conflicts attorneys and management.

The role requires strong research, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities in a legal environment.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct conflicts searches and analyze results for reporting.
• Prepare reports for Conflicts Attorneys and Department Management.
• Assist with resolving conflicts using established processes.
• Review engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines for deviations.
• Support drafting and tracking conflict consent documentation.
• Prepare screening memoranda and monitor screening violations.
• Maintain conflicts database integrity through reconciliation and cleanup.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and firm policies.
