Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support and monitor operations for regulatory adherence and quality. You will partner with operations, leadership, and compliance teams to identify risks, promote process adherence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates and leaders.
• Minimum 1 year experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adapt priorities and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IT architecture for phone systems, CTI and call recording solutions.

Responsibilities

• Audit and review operations to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Investigate compliance concerns and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training, and corrective action plans.
• Manage tickets within SLAs and turnaround times with accurate updates.
• Lead cross-functional projects and implement process improvements.
