Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and leaders.
• 1 year of root cause analysis: ask questions, analyze data, solve problems.
• 2 years in a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adjust priorities to changing business requirements.
• Understanding of IT architecture for VoIP/TDM call centers and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor operations to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate compliance concerns and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training, and corrective actions.
• Analyze trends, prepare leadership reports, support process improvements.
• Manage work through a ticketing system with SLAs and turnaround times.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
