Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support and monitor operations for regulatory adherence and quality standards. You will conduct audits, review data, identify risks, and recommend improvements while helping develop SOPs and training materials.

You will manage tickets within SLAs, coordinate across teams, and lead special projects to strengthen controls and transparency in the organization.

Qualifications

Must have Microsoft Office proficiency (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
1 year experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
1 year experience in a call monitoring or contact center environment.
Experience communicating with internal/external associates and business leaders.

Responsibilities

Support and monitor business operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and review operational data to identify risks and improvements.
Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, and training materials.
Manage and prioritize tickets within SLAs and TAT requirements.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to support compliance initiatives.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
