Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support and monitor operations for regulatory adherence, quality standards, and internal controls. The role acts as a liaison among teams, leadership, and compliance partners, auditing processes and contributing to SOPs and reporting.

You will manage tickets in an SLA-driven system, drive process improvements, and participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring accurate data and timely updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with basic IT tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and business leaders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with root cause analysis: identify and solve problems with urgency.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to rapidly adjust priorities to meet changing business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of IT architecture for phone switches and call recording systems (Nice, Five9, Verint).
