SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant for the Executive Workforce Services Practice. The role focuses on advisory services in executive compensation, governance, and leadership strategy, with client liaison responsibilities and project leadership across engagements.

Remote role operating in AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX and WI; high emphasis on data-driven insights, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting or business-related experience in data analysis, modeling, and compensation program administration.
• Compensation consulting experience is required and proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint is expected.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and client-management capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets and timelines.
• Lead associate resource planning, delegation, and productivity across teams.
• Prepare work plans, presentations, and client reports under direction.
• Oversee junior deliverables for accuracy, quality, and clarity of language.
• Act as a key client liaison, anticipating needs and guiding discussions.
