Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs.
• Serve as a market expert regarding client compensation issues.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, and financial modeling.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles for executives.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and project teams.
