SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced consultant for our Executive Workforce Services Practice in a remote role, serving clients across the United States (AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, WI). You will manage engagements, develop work plans, and deliver high-quality analyses while mentoring junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements include a business-related degree, compensation consulting experience, 7–10 years in related fields,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or healthcare administration.
• Compensation consulting experience is required.
• 7–10 years of progressive consulting or business experience involving data analysis and modeling.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage engagements within budget and monitor project status for timely delivery.
• Lead team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts and consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and client reports.
• Oversee junior associates' deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Act as client liaison and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Guide junior staff with tools, processes and methodologies.
