SullivanCotter is hiring a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to lead compensation advisory work for health care and not-for-profit clients, remote in AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, WI. The role emphasizes managing small engagements, mentoring analysts, and delivering data-driven compensation strategies.

You will guide governance and leadership strategy, develop tools, and maintain client relationships, with strong presentation and analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7-10 years of progressive consulting/business experience with data analysis and modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets.
• Lead client relationships and serve as a key liaison.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and client reports.
• Oversee quality and timeliness of deliverables by junior staff.
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity and quality.
• Participate in client delivery meetings to align with client initiatives.
