Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction, to lead Testing & Commissioning activities for PV, BESS, and HV from BD through LNTP.

This role requires coordinating technical, commercial, and planning inputs, and delivering a unified commissioning package for the Operations handoff. The position offers flexible remote or hybrid work with in-office presence in the San Diego, CA area; travel for site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own commissioning workstream during BD through LNTP and coordinate inputs from technical and commercial teams.
• Lead development of commissioning plans, schedules, and estimates aligned with contract requirements.
• Represent commissioning during EPC contract reviews and ensure evidence of completion and acceptance criteria are met.
