Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction, to own Testing & Commissioning (T&Cx) activities for PV, BESS, and HV from BD through LNTP. This role requires strong technical expertise in commissioning estimates, exhibits, and schedules, with responsibility for a unified baseline commissioning plan across PV, BESS, HV, SCADA, and related systems.

The position can be fully remote or hybrid, with in-office presence in the San Diego, CA Office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commissioning of utility-scale projects.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts and commissioning exhibits.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own commissioning workstream from BD through LNTP and coordinate all inputs.
• Coordinate inputs across Preconstruction, SCADA, Performance Engineering, PV, HV and BESS commissioning SMEs.
• Lead development of commissioning plans, estimates, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
