Job summary

Cribl is a remote-first company hiring a Solutions Engineer in the Western United States to help customers unlock the full potential of Cribl in real-world environments. You will support customers across the sales cycle, deliver demos, and craft technical discoveries at scale.

We value storytelling and technical chops, with a minimum of 3 years in Sales Engineering focusing on logs, metrics, IT operations and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Engineering Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls.
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, supporting multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering efficient, repeatable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale.
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.
