Cribl, a remote-first B2B SAAS data observability company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer in the Western region of the United States. You will leverage your technical and storytelling skills to help customers unlock Cribl's potential in real-world environments, often working across time zones with a high-volume, fast-paced sales cycle.

You will demo the product, answer questions during calls, support proofs like workshops and POVs, and document use cases in blog posts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Engineering with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls.
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, supporting multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering efficient, repeatable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale.
• You may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.
