Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate or related field; MS or MBA in real estate preferred.
- Certified General Appraiser License required; 3–6 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.
- Experience writing appraisal and appraisal reviews for complex properties; strong analytical and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare complete appraisal reports independently on complex properties.
- Oversee work and collaborate with senior staff; review of reports.
- Conduct market research and develop income, sales comparison, and cost approaches.
