Newmark Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Real Estate Appraiser to lead complex valuations across commercial, industrial, multifamily, and specialty properties.

You will deliver USPAP-compliant reports for underwriting, acquisitions, and portfolio analysis, with oversight from senior staff and collaboration with clients, lenders, and counsel. The role includes preparing independent appraisals, performing market analysis, and contributing to business development while maintaining regulatory compliance

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA in real estate preferred.
• Certification: Certified General Appraiser License is required.
• 3–6 years of professional experience as a commercial real estate appraiser.
• Experience writing appraisal reports and reviews for complex properties.
• Solid knowledge of real property valuation concepts and CRE terminology.
• Familiarity with Argus software is preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare complete appraisal reports independently on complex properties.
• Oversee work with senior staff and review reports for QA/QC and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct market research and develop income, sales comparison, and cost approaches.
• Present and defend conclusions to clients, lenders, and counsel.
• Manage assignments, mentor junior staff, and support proposals and business development.
• Inspect properties and engage in client meetings as needed.
