Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst for a fully remote role in the United States. The position focuses on proactive collections across a portfolio of customer accounts within a leading CPG company.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience at a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
Experience with ERP systems and credit collections best practices.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
Research, analyze, and resolve deductions, chargebacks, short pays, and pricing discrepancies.
Review remittances, invoices, contracts, and supporting docs to validate deduction claims.
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate aged balances to identify root causes.
Process credits, write-offs, adjustments, and account corrections per policy.
Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts.
Maintain documentation of collection activities and customer communications.
Support month-end close activities, AR reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
