Qualifications

• Strong ERP experience with SAP, Oracle or Great Plains.
• 5+ years of experience at a CPG company.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
• Research and resolve deductions, chargebacks, short pays and pricing discrepancies.
• Review remittances, invoices, proofs of delivery, contracts and documents to validate deduction claims.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate aged balances to identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Process credits, write-offs, adjustments and account corrections per policy.
• Monitor aging reports and escalate high-risk accounts as needed.
• Maintain documentation of collection activities, disputes and communications.
• Support month-end close, AR reporting and cash flow forecasting.
