Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to help onboard customers and navigate the technical aspects of their transformation journeys. You will collaborate with enterprise leadership and dispersed teams to deliver consulting engagements and drive successful outcomes.

In this role, you will communicate with stakeholders, align roadmaps, and lead reviews to ensure both business and technical needs are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering or related field.
8 years in a customer-facing role managing technical implementations or transformation programs.
Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud consulting, or related areas.

Responsibilities

Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey.
Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and transformation strategies.
Develop relationships with stakeholders and lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions.
Plan for customer events and launches with Support and Engineers to ensure success.
Develop best practices to scale adoption through partners and accelerate Cloud usage.
