Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
- 8 years in a customer-facing role driving technical implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud support, or cloud consulting.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English to support client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey.
- Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and transformation strategies.
- Lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum and unblock adoption blockers.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive strategic roadmaps and executive reviews.
- Plan customer events and launches with cross-functional partners to ensure successful outcomes.
