Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to help customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products. You will guide them through the technical facets of their transformation journey, managing Cloud Consulting engagements to drive customer adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering or related field.
5 years in a customer-facing role driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
Experience with cloud operations support, cloud escalation, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading implementation journeys.
Provide technical guidance, manage timelines, milestones, migrations, and business transformation strategies.
Lead cross-functional work streams to maintain customer momentum and remove adoption blockers.
Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive roadmaps and reviews.
Collaborate with Support, Engineers, and SRE teams to ensure customer success and issue resolution.
