Google Cloud is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to help organizations onboard Google Cloud products and manage Consulting engagements. You will guide them through the technical facets of transformation and collaborate with enterprise leadership and dispersed teams globally.

US: $140000 - $204000 (USD) with 15% bonus target plus equity and benefits. Individual pay reflects skills, experience, and training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
8 years of experience in a customer-facing role managing technical implementations or transformation programs.
Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud technical support, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and providing technical guidance.
Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive cross-team momentum.
Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business and technical needs and lead executive reviews.
Plan events and launches, coordinating with Support, Engineers, and SREs to ensure success.
Create best practices and assets to scale adoption through partners and services.
