Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) within Google Cloud Consulting to guide customers through their cloud transformation journey, delivering successful Cloud Consulting engagements and driving adoption of Google Cloud services.

You will frequently engage with executives and distributed teams, coordinating timelines, milestones, and migration goals while advocating for customer needs to unblock progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, cloud technical support, cloud escalation management, or cloud consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and providing technical guidance.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive feature development across streams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand business, roadmaps, and lead quarterly reviews and executive sessions.
• Plan customer events and launches, coordinating with Support, Engineers, and SREs to ensure success and guide escalations to resolution.
• Develop best practices and assets from engagements to scale through partners and accelerate adoption.
