Job summary

Hey Jane is seeking a seasoned Clinical Operations leader to scale our virtual health platform across 24+ states. You will own the quarterly roadmap, partner with product and clinical leadership, and build scalable processes for staffing, credentialing, and escalation.

You’ll shape SOPs, design payroll workflows, and ensure compliant operations across licensing landscapes, while maintaining focus on patient safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, clinical leadership, healthcare administration, or a related operational role.
• Strong operator who can turn ambiguous priorities into a clear plan and keep it on track over time.
• Comfortable working across scheduling, EHR, and other clinical operations systems, and picking up new tools quickly, including AI and data/analytics tools to help drive decisions.
• Fluent translating company-level priorities (OKRs, quarterly plans) into a working plan a team can execute against.
• Value decision boundaries - you know when something is an operational call and when it’s a clinical call.
• Comfortable owning strategy and structure without owning every execution step personally; you build the playbook, others run it day to day.
• Strong cross-functional partner: work with Product, clinical leadership, and other experts.
• Comfortable being accountable when something goes wrong and building systems to catch problems early.

Responsibilities

• Own the Clinical Ops quarterly roadmap: translate company and clinical priorities into a plan and make progress visible to others on a predictable cadence.
• Partner on scaling the care model projects and capacity-model support - validating and iterating assumptions behind clinic staffing.
• Build and own the operational escalation playbook - covering on-call, scheduling, and other day-to-day operational fires.
• Help design clinical payroll processes as needed (the Specialist owns ongoing review and approval).
• Own licensing & credentialing prioritization.
• Own the SOP library and the audit/review process, and keep cross-team training materials current - teams that do the work author their own SOP content.
• Coordinate feature launches so clinic-facing changes land with clarity to staff.
• Partner with Clinic leadership to recruit, hire, and retain strong clinical team members.
