Hey Jane is the first and largest virtual medication abortion provider in the US, offering discreet telehealth reproductive & sexual health care. We are expanding Clinical Operations and seek a Senior Manager to own the foundation, roadmap, and playbooks to scale our clinical team across 24+ states.

In this high-ownership role, you will partner with clinical, operations, product, and leadership to shape scalable processes, drive staffing and capacity planning, and implement robust SOPs across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or related role, startup/fast-growing environment preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, EHR, and clinical operations systems; ability to learn new tools quickly including AI/data analytics.
• Comfort building structure across 24+ states with licensing/coverage constraints.

Responsibilities

• Scale the care model projects and support capacity-model assumptions.
• Build and own the clinical ops escalation playbook (on-call, scheduling, fires).
• Assist in clinical payroll processes where needed.
• Own licensing & credentialing prioritization.
• Maintain SOP library and cross-team training materials.
• Coordinate feature launches to ensure staff clarity.
• Recruit, hire, and retain clinical team members across states.
