Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to lead renewal efforts and deliver innovative insurance solutions for commercial clients. You will collaborate with senior leaders and clients to strengthen relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure value in every interaction.

You will mentor colleagues, oversee audits for regulatory compliance, and guide teams in risk-management strategies using Gallagher’s technology and data-driven tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years in client service/claims management.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the renewal process and strategy for complex accounts, ensuring timely, tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive cross-sell of services and lines of coverage.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and carrier partner connections through timely responses and excellent service.
