Gallagher is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to lead client success within our Commercial team. You will work closely with senior leaders and clients to deliver tailored insurance solutions, build trusted relationships, and mentor colleagues while shaping strategy and maintaining high service standards.

You will oversee complex renewals, identify growth opportunities, and guide your team in risk management conversations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in client service and/or claims management; or 10+ years with HS/GED.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset across Gallagher.
