• Minimum 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex renewals and client relationships.
• Strong collaboration and advisory skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process and strategy for complex accounts with tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive additional services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team on addressing client risk management needs.
• Mentor team members with delegated tasks and constructive feedback.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Oversee accuracy of client and policy data in Gallagher systems and ensure data quality.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to enhance productivity and processes.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations on time.
