Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You’ll help build strong relationships, solve challenges, and ensure every interaction adds value.

You will lead renewal processes, mentor team members, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining accurate client data. This role offers growth within a global yet locally impactful organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience with shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work across Gallagher.

Responsabilités

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering timely, tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships through timely responses and excellent service.
• Support team with client risk management needs via consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks and providing constructive feedback.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher’s systems.
• Utilize Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations on time.
