Gallagher is looking for a Senior Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will lead efforts to deliver exceptional service and innovative insurance solutions, building strong client relationships and solving complex challenges to add value.

In addition, you will manage renewals, identify growth opportunities, mentor teammates, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee data accuracy using Gallagher’s systems to drive efficient, client-focused results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of client service/claims management.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the renewal process and strategy for complex accounts, ensuring timely, tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive cross-sell.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships through timely responses.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team in addressing client risk management needs.
• Mentor team members, delegate tasks, and encourage continuous learning.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Oversee accuracy and management of client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to boost productivity and streamline processes.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations and deadlines.
