Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions, focusing on renewals, coverage gaps, and relationship development.

You will mentor teammates, ensure compliance, and use Gallagher systems to deliver results while balancing multiple priorities with client-driven timelines. A P&C license and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Licensure required: Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong relationship-building and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive cross-sell of additional services.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier partner relationships with timely responses and high service levels.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks, giving constructive feedback, and supporting professional growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems and ensure data integrity.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and align with client expectations.
