Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships and delivering value in every interaction.

You will lead renewal efforts, mentor team members, and ensure compliance while addressing client risk management needs and opportunities for expanding coverage with carrier partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process and assemble client information for tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, and drive additional services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Support and mentor team members to address client risk management needs.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and quality of service.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to enhance productivity and outcomes.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations.
