Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School/GED with 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process and strategy for complex accounts.
• Identify gaps in coverage and drive the sale of additional services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team on client risk management needs.
• Mentor team members and promote professional development.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Oversee accuracy of client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
