Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions, strengthening relationships and adding value in every interaction.

In this role, you’ll manage renewals, identify coverage gaps, and coordinate with carrier partners to secure existing business and growth opportunities, while guiding the team with mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal processes by gathering client information and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage and drive sales of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners with timely responses.
• Support client risk management through consultative conversations and strategies.
• Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback for growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher’s systems.
