Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in client service or claims management.
• Or High School degree with 10+ years in client service or claims management.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License is required/licensed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Demonstrated adaptability with shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with Gallagher teams.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process and strategy for complex accounts with needs analysis.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, and drive additional services.
• Maintain strong client relationships and timely responses with carriers.
• Provide strategic guidance to team on client risk management.
• Mentor team members with feedback and professional development.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and service standards.
• Oversee accuracy of client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to boost productivity and quality.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations.
