Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of storage customers. You will translate business needs into product and process improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

This fully distributed role requires exceptional communication, strong SaaS experience, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client success or related roles.
• Deep SaaS and storage industry knowledge.
• Experience with SaaS implementations and operational improvements.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with key clients to drive adoption and renewals.
• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients to align with their business goals.
• Secure executive visibility into business results and strategic initiatives.
• Identify usage patterns to improve product adoption and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate feedback into requirements.
• Share insights across the Client Success organization and broader team.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and progress.
• Lead client business review meetings to ensure alignment and success.
• Communicate client health and elevate at-risk accounts when needed.
• Provide timely feedback to peers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients for smooth communication.
