Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to connect client objectives with Storable's storage solutions. You will drive adoption, renewals, and satisfaction while collaborating across teams to realize client value and improve retention.

You will set up accounts, guide onboarding, strategize with clients, and translate feedback into actionable product requirements. This role requires strong presentation skills and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client success, account management, or related roles within storage or SaaS.
• Experience with SaaS and storage industry solutions and operational reporting.
• Ability to travel to client sites and company locations.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals and satisfaction.
• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans tailored to each client.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Provide executive visibility into business results and initiatives.
• Identify usage patterns to improve product adoption and organizational effectiveness.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements with product/engineering.
• Share strategic insights across Client Success and the broader team.
• Use CRM tools to track client interactions and progress.
• Facilitate client business reviews to ensure alignment and success.
• Communicate client health and elevate at-risk accounts when needed.
• Provide timely feedback to peers and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution.
