Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive client value, renewals, and satisfaction across a portfolio of storage and SaaS solutions. You will lead onboarding, account configuration, and strategic reviews with executive visibility, translating client needs into actionable product improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience with SaaS and storage industry solutions, with a deep understanding of operational reporting and improvements.
• Project management experience, capable of leading discovery workshops and large initiatives.
• Ability to travel as required to Client sites and company locations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with clients on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Secure executive visibility into business results and strategic initiatives.
• Identify usage patterns to improve product adoption and organizational effectiveness.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements with internal teams.
• Share strategic insights across the Client Success organization and broader team.
• Use CRM tools to track interactions and progress.
• Lead client business reviews to ensure alignment and success.
• Communicate client health and elevate at-risk accounts when needed.
