Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to champion value realization for our storage SaaS clients. You’ll lead strategic engagements, drive product adoption, renewals, and overall client satisfaction by delivering consistent value across our platform.

You’ll collaborate on onboarding, configure accounts with precision, manage relationships across C-suite and operations, track health in the CRM, and guide multi-site implementations while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience leading discovery workshops and managing large-scale initiatives.
• Ability to travel to Client sites and company locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Storable's key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and Client satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy as needed in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to ensure alignment with their business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track Client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall Client health and escape at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
• Strong Client empathy with a focus on client success and relationship building.
• Deep understanding of SaaS implementations and the ability to lead operational improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
