Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive value realization, adoption, and renewals for our storage industry SaaS solutions. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure high client satisfaction and retention, while translating client feedback into actionable product improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in client success or account management, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience with SaaS and storage industry solutions with operational reporting and improvements.
• Ability to travel to client sites and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with accuracy with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients to align with business goals.
• Provide executive visibility into business results and initiatives.
• Identify usage patterns to improve adoption and effectiveness.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Share strategic insights across Client Success and broader team.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and progress.
• Facilitate client business review meetings to ensure alignment and success.
